1. Independent travel coordination
Atlas Holidays helps customers plan travel and request arrangements for private guides, transport, accommodation and sightseeing within India. The specific services are described in each customer quotation and confirmation.
2. Third-party providers
Guides, drivers, vehicles, hotels, activity operators, ticket providers or other components may be supplied by independent parties. We do not claim to directly employ every guide, own every vehicle, or operate every property mentioned. Provider availability and conditions may affect whether a proposed itinerary can be confirmed.
3. No implied endorsement or affiliation
Mentioning a destination, landmark or attraction does not mean Atlas Holidays owns or operates it. We are an independent business and do not claim endorsement from tourism authorities, government departments or other organisations.
4. Example itineraries
Routes on this site are planning examples. They are not a promise that all attractions are available or can be visited on the same day. Any future destination photography should be appropriately licensed and correctly captioned.
5. Live availability and prices
There is no live inventory or fixed-price checkout on the website. Prices, languages, suppliers, attraction access and vehicle choices are provided or confirmed through a written quotation. No request creates a booking until it has been accepted and confirmed.
6. Travel documents and insurance
Customers should independently check entry documents, applicable visa rules, travel insurance, health requirements and personal safety needs. Any service outside an agreed itinerary is excluded unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
